Hi Brian,
Thanks for sending this over. Before we look at changes, I want to make sure we understand how you'd use these columns.
Which columns in the spreadsheet are the most useful to you, and what decision each one helps you make?
Where would you expect to see this information, and at what point in your process (right after an order is placed, month-end reporting, etc.)?
Who on your team would be looking at it?
You mentioned F&I. Could you tell us more about how these numbers fit into your F&I workflow?
Anything you add will help us get this right. Thanks!

from a workflow standpoint, especially for sales people and F&I dealer cost is actually more important to see than profit. When a order is made in Insignia, a salesperson or a F&I manager still has to enter the accessories sold into our DMS(sales program). The only information needed is actual dealer cost and the price it was sold for. currently with your columns reporting profits instead of cost we have to do math by taking the internal dollar amount from the service column and adding that to the parts cost from the parts column to get the actual installed cost. additionally when service writers are completing repair orders they need to see the same cost and retail prices to be able to complete repairs where the totals match F&I. This pretty universal at all dealerships, so i would imagine other dealers are doing the same work around we are doing, so i think this could benefit all your account holders. please feel free to reach me by phone, i can explain this better in person 937-405-3712

Hi Brian, I’ve brought this up with our customer success rep and she was able to confirm on what is needed, as she has discussed this with you previously. Thank you for providing more details!
