Restrict Sales Managers' ability to create or modify logins including their own.

Sales managers can change roles and permissions, including their own.

While Sales Mgrs credentials don't allow for changing pricing directly, they DO allow for changing roles and permissions. They can access their own credentials to change pricing by going to Roles and Permissions and checking the box.

We need to adjust these settings so Sales Managers are only able to adjust Roles and Permissions for associates below their level.
