Orders - Additional Fields

Addition of Pay field: this would be filled out at checkout. The options are "in deal" (or "financed") and "at pickup" (or "paid"). This would be a field that dealers can show or hide in their settings. On the Order Details page, the field would show on the Order Summary card.
