Reformat Auto-Notification Email

Is there a way to make a change to the Auto-Notification email template? It would be very helpful to have the notes section to stand out more, like to highlight the comments or make them bold? We would like those comments to stand out more for easier communication. Let me know what is possible here. Thanks, Zak
