Do Not Prompt for a Vehicle to View/Edit an Accessory

When looking at an accessory details after a part number or keyword search, the interface asks to select a vehicle to view vehicle-specific information, such as dependencies and feature/hide.

This presents as a pain point to the user, in the case they want to make a global change that should not require selection of a vehicle.

Note: Legacy did prompt the user to select a vehicle but this was in the form of a list, which required only click from the user. We now present a series of dropdowns, which requires 2+ clicks.
