Adding items to a still shopping order.

I talked with Rorie Spencer AM at Teton Honda and he was wondering if there was a way to add an item to a Still Shopping order.  There is not and I advised him regarding that.  He requested that an admin can add items to a still shopping order, rather than creating a new order.  He stated that if an admin can delete items, they really should be able to add items to the order.  I agree.
