October 19th, 2026 - v2.13.1

This release polishes the new Split Order and Add to Order features, and makes hidden accessories easier to find and manage.

What’s Updated

Split Order & Add to Order

The split and add icons on Order Details are now larger and better aligned, so they’re easier to see. The Add Accessories window has a refreshed layout, with your current vehicle shown in an alert at the top.

Order notification emails are also clearer. When you split an order, the emails for both orders explain what was moved. When you add accessories to an order, the email lists only the newly added items.

Retail – Accessory Search

In the Retail experience, if the selected category and filters don’t match any accessories, Accessory Search now shows a clear “no results” message instead of an empty list.

What’s Fixed

Hidden accessories in Accessory Search

Hidden accessories now appear in Accessory Search with a “Hidden” badge, so you can find and manage them. Customers shopping on distributor sites still won’t see hidden accessories.

Hidden accessories in Accessory Builder

Opening a hidden accessory used to send you back to Accessory Search. Hidden accessories now open in Accessory Builder as expected, including from package item links and the Hidden Accessories report.

October 7, 2026 - v2.11.1

Hello! Here's a quick look at what's changed in this release. We've opened up a new way for you to share feedback with us, made uploaded images lighter and more private, and tidied up a few things along the way.

- What’s New -

Surveys and release updates

You'll start to see a little more of Featurebase around the catalog. Every so often, we may invite you to answer a short survey right where you're working, so you can tell us what's working and what isn't without leaving the page. Admin users will also notice a small updates card on the dashboard that lets you know when something new has shipped. Both only appear while you're signed in, and you'll never see them on your storefront.

-What’s Improved -

Lighter media uploads

Back in 2.7.0, we started converting accessory images to the WebP format so they load faster for your shoppers. We've now brought that same treatment to profile avatars and the media you upload for your site, like logos and banners. Everything is stored at the size the catalog actually displays, so your pages stay quick without you having to think about it.

Image metadata is removed on upload

Photos often carry hidden details that nobody needs once the image is on your site, such as when it was taken, what camera was used, or even where it was taken. We now remove all of that before an image is stored. Colour profiles stay intact, so your images will look just the way you intended.

Consistent VIN formatting

VINs are always upper case by standard, and now the catalog treats them that way everywhere. The VIN and VIN Last 8 fields will capitalize as you type or paste, we've updated the VINs already in the system, and searching for an order by VIN will find it no matter how it was originally entered.

- What’s Fixed -

Accessory search

If your storefront separates OE and Additional accessories, switching between the two while on the Search tab didn't refresh the results right away. It does now.

Have an idea, or noticed something that doesn't seem right? We'd love to hear from you through Help & Feedback in your catalog, or at feedback.insigniagroup.com.

September 18, 2026 - v2.7.2

- WHAT’S NEW -

Order Details - Add to Order

It is now possible to add an accessory to an existing, active order. On the Order Details page, orders that have a status of Shopping, Submitted, or Acknowledged now display a button at the bottom of the Accessories list, which opens a search window for accessories that fit the same vehicle. This feature is only available/visible to users with the Accessories Editing > Add permission under the Orders tab.

Order Details - Split Order

Accessories may now be migrated to a new order. This allows an order to be fulfilled while waiting on follow-up tasks and/or back-ordered products. On the Order Details page, Acknowledged orders now display a button at the bottom of the Accessories list, which opens a selection window. Products selected in this will be moved to a duplicated order. Dependencies and packages must remain on the same order, but can all be moved to the new order together. The feature requires that the order be in the Acknowledged state, and that the user has the Order Management > Split Order permission under the Orders tab.
